1. General Provisions

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse, collecting bonuses using multiple accounts, or any fraudulent activity is proven, the account will be closed and all bonus and winnings funds will be forfeited.

Our total liability will in no circumstances exceed the total amount you have deposited in the last 30 days. This limit is subject to change in accordance with applicable law.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

pgkn may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

10.2 Closure by the User

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified balance can be withdrawn before closure, but active bonuses will be cancelled.
